How do I place an order?

Simply choose your item from the dropdown menu on the product page then click the “ADD TO CART” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and Ship it out. 

After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to our fulfillment center where we will ship your item(s) within 3-5 business days. Below are expected delivery time based on your location. 

What size should I get?

Measurements for each product have been provided in the description. Please go through them carefully and measure it against yourself to determine which size you should go for.

What are your Payment Methods?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express,) and PayPal.

Can I change my order?

Yes, we accept any changes to an order. Please note that if you need to make any changes to your orders, please contact our Customer Service within 24 hours of placing the order.

How much does Shipping cost?

Insured Shipping & Handling cost from $4.95 - $12.95. Customer will enjoy FREE shipping for order over $35.00 (Not Applicable for FREE ITEM).

How long do I wait until my order is sent out?

Our handling time takes 3-5 business days. This means that your order(s) will generally be sent out within this period.

When will I receive my items after I place an order?

US Shipping Time Estimates

T-Shirts & Hoodies: 2-3 weeks
Other Products: 3-4 weeks

International Shipping Time Estimates

T-Shirts & Hoodies: 3-5 weeks
Other Products: 4-6 weeks

The Shipping duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country. Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as flood or typhoon. Please do note as well that custom inspections can be a factor during shipment. Our Insured Shipping typically takes 2-6 weeks and depending on how fast customs in your country processes the package.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, please do not hesitate to contact our professional support team at support@giddygoodies.com for a replacement or refund of your purchase.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

Do note: Customs, Postal Services & us (Giddy Goodies) are different entities hence we are not liable for any delays caused by customs or local post services.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you need to make any changes to your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service within 24 hours of placing the order.

Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.

NOTE: To all customers that provided a different shipping address than their permanent address, we will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels and/or if you moved out of the address you provided us.

How do I know if my items have been shipped or not?

When your items have been dispatched, we will send a notification email to your registered email address.The tracking number is normally available within the next few days of dispatch.

How do I track my order?

Tracking numbers are included in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you may use below links to track down your parcel(s).

Where are your items shipped from?

Although our fullfillment house is located in United States, but some of our items are shipped from our warehouses which are located in other countries such as China, Australia and Malaysia. Local taxes may apply at your destination. As our items are stored in several warehouses, your order may be shipped in separate packages.
