Refund & Return Policies

If you received an item that is damaged/faulty/wrong size/wrong colour, please email us with photographs of the item(s) and all related references within 72 hours after receiving your order. We’re happy to refund & replace a new item to you at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:

  • Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
  • We sent wrong item – size, style, and colour.
  • Parcels that is lost in transit.
  • Measurements are provided on each product’s description to help you get a more accurate fit. We do not bear responsibility due to NON-RECEIPT or REFUSAL because the item that does not fit you.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).

Note: Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.

If for any unforeseen reason you have an issue with an item, you need to contact us at support@giddygoodies.com for very specific cases of returns within 72 hours after receiving your order. We're happy to accept returns and exchanges that are sent back to us within 30 days from delivery (must be meet our mention criteria above).

Your original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless we somehow sent you the wrong item in which case we'll happily refund your shipping charges), and you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Giddy Goodies will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. Items unfit for return will be sent back to you with an explanation as to why they weren’t up to snuff.

When your return shipment is received, we will handle your return or exchange quickly. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, and Giddy Goodies will cover the cost of shipping for exchanged goods that we send back to you.

Note: Our team will inspect/verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement or refund. Giddy Goodies Shop reserves the right to refuse any replacement/refund/returns if it does not meet the mention criteria.

Cancellation Policy

Can I cancel my order(s)? Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email immediately within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.

We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 24 hours window and/or because once your order is ready for shipment, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.

All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of these and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through submitting a ticket at our website Contact Portal
